On November 2, 2016, students across the country are showing their support for free, universal access to education and challenging student poverty. ACE supports the call for eliminate tuition fees and invites all students and allies to come to the events on November 2!
The York Federation of Students has secured Academic Amnesty for November 2. This means that professors and instructors are OBLIGATED to accommodate you if you choose to participate in this day of action. Even if you have an assignment, exam, presentation, or even just participation marks – if you inform your professor they are required to give you an alternate date. Letters will also be distributed on the shuttle busses if you require proof of participation.
The students united will NEVER be defeated!
