ACE is having its election for executive committee positions for the 2018-2019 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience organizing and advocating for equity on campus! Please share this posting with others.
We are looking for:
2 – Co-Chairs
1 – Disability Service Officer
1 – Undergraduate Student Advocacy & Outreach Officer
1 – Graduate Student Advocacy & Outreach Officer
1 – Communications Officer
To be eligible, you must be an active ACE member who is a York University student. An active ACE member is a York University student who has, in the 2017-2018 academic year, been active with ACE in at least one of these ways:
– Has attended an ACE event
– Has attended an ACE open house
– Has attended an ACE general meeting
– Active on our listserv

Accessibility Community Equity (ACE) Committee at York U is gearing up for our 2018-2019 elections. If you’d like to learn more about ACE and how you can be part of the committee, come out to our Open Houses at the picket line.
ACE would like to clearly state that during the strike we will not be hosting or supporting any events on campus including our office hours. ACE stands in solidarity with CUPE 3903 during their strike for a fair and equitable contract for their workers. Everyone deserves a safe, accessible, and equitable place to live, learn, and work.
